Delivery & Digital Access Policy

01

Digital Service Delivery Nature

All services rendered by Healthy Lifestyle Energy Boost (Healthy Lifestyle Energy Boost d.o.o.) are strictly electronic. There is zero physical shipping, postal handling, or freight cost associated with any consultation package or educational material.

02

Consultation Access & Video Invitations

Upon booking confirmation and payment settlement, you will receive an automated calendar invitation containing a secure video link (via Google Meet or Zoom) delivered to your registered email address within 2 hours. A reminder notification is dispatched 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation.

03

Intake Forms & Dietary Logs

Prior to your initial appointment, a digital intake questionnaire and 3-day food journal template are sent directly to your email. These documents allow our practitioners to review your current routines thoroughly before the video discussion takes place.

04

Bespoke Meal Plan Delivery Times

Custom meal recommendations, nutrient balance summaries, and agreed habit protocols are compiled and transmitted via encrypted PDF to your email address within 3 to 5 business days following your completed video session.

05
