Online nutrition consultations across Slovenia
Healthy Lifestyle Energy Boost
Legal document
This policy explains how Healthy Lifestyle Energy Boost collects, uses, and stores personal data submitted through this website and during online nutrition consultations. It applies to visitors and clients in Slovenia and elsewhere.
Last reviewed 6 October 2026. The current version is always published on this page.
The short version
Your name, your email address, and the message you send when you ask for an appointment.
We answer your request and, when you book, keep notes of your food and health history so sessions build on each other.
Any question or request about your data goes to [email protected]. We reply within the periods set by applicable data protection law.
01
The data controller is Healthy Lifestyle Energy Boost, an online nutrition practice reachable at [email protected]. Requests concerning personal data should be sent to that address.
The practice is registered in Slovenia at Tavčarjeva ulica 12, 4000 Kranj. Written requests can also be posted to that address and are handled by the practitioner who holds the consultation records.
02
Booking form. Your name, email address, and the content of your message.
Submitted by you
Consultations. Intake questionnaire responses, food diaries, and session notes, which may include health information you choose to provide.
During sessions
Technical data. Browser type and pages visited, recorded by the hosting provider in standard server logs.
Server logs
You decide how much health detail to put in writing. Share only what you are comfortable sending through the form or during a session; a consultation can start without a full medical history if you prefer to discuss it live.
03
Contact data is used to respond to booking requests and arrange appointments. Health and dietary information is used to provide nutrition consultations, prepare meal plans, and maintain records of your progress across sessions.
Data is not used for automated decision-making. Nothing you send is sold, rented, or passed on for advertising. Your notes exist so that a follow-up session can pick up where the last one stopped instead of starting over.
04
Processing is based on your consent when submitting a form, and on the performance of a service agreement when consultations are provided. Health information is processed only with your explicit consent and only as far as needed for the consultation.
You can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal stops future processing; it does not change what was done lawfully before you asked us to stop.
Your notes are kept for the sake of the next session, not for anyone else's feed.
Consultation records are held only while the working relationship continues, plus the limited period described below, then deleted.
05
Booking requests are kept for up to twelve months if no consultation follows. Consultation records are kept for the duration of the working relationship and for a limited period afterwards, then deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
Deletion requests are handled within thirty days. If you are not sure whether we still hold anything about you, ask before assuming either way; the answer usually takes one message.
06
Personal data is not sold. It may be shared with service providers strictly necessary to operate the practice, such as email and video-conferencing providers, which process data on the practice's behalf.
Data is not shared with advertisers for marketing purposes. Providers are used only to the extent a session or a message needs them.
07
You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

Cookies and security
This site uses cookies as described in the cookie policy. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect submitted data. No online transmission can be treated as fully secure, so avoid sending sensitive information by email where it is not necessary.
Cookies here serve the site itself: keeping a session open, remembering your choice on the cookie notice, and letting the host record standard traffic information. You can clear or block them in your browser at any time, though some parts of the site may then work less smoothly.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in practice or legal requirements. The current version is always published on this page.
If an update changes how consultation records are handled, it will be described here before it takes effect, and existing clients are told directly at their next session.
