Cancellation & Refund Policy

24-Hour Rescheduling Notice

You may reschedule any consultation free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the booked appointment time. Simply email [email protected] or notify your practitioner, and we will happily move your booking to another available slot.

Cancellations & Full Refunds

If you wish to cancel your consultation entirely, you are entitled to a 100% full refund provided you notify us at least 24 hours before your session. Refunds are returned using the original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Because each appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you and involves substantial advance record review, cancellations submitted less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments ('no-shows') may be charged up to 50% of the consultation fee to cover administrative and practitioner reservation costs.

Digital Content & Custom Plans

For standalone custom meal planning packages, once bespoke analytical work has commenced and personalized documents have been delivered, refunds are assessed on a pro-rata basis depending on the stages completed. If you have questions about your plan's applicability, complimentary revision requests can be made within 14 days of receipt.

Statutory EU & Slovenian Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory legal rights under the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov - ZVPot) or applicable European Union consumer regulations. In case of unresolved concerns, consumers may contact the Slovenian Consumer Protection Association (ZPS).
